Sugah's Place is a small forum, but it's filled with downloads for the Sims 2. CC available is primarily recolours, lots and sims - including World Lots and International sims. New content is posted every third weekend.

Buy Mode: Recolors on custom meshes, as well as Maxis, mostly done as room sets. Also available are murals and art.
Clothing: Clothing sets for Adult Females.
Complete Sims: There are many, many lovely sims available, including international sims.
Lots: Many different lots available for download.
Build Mode: Walls and terrains.
Other/ non-Sims: Desktop wallpapers available as well.
