Parsimonious
Parsimonious has been around for years. Nine of them, in fact. They are a creative and talented group of designers who make CC for Sims 1, 2 AND 3.

There is so much CC here, I'm not going to bother listing it all. Suffice it to say, if you're looking for it, Parsimonious probably has it. It's one of my go-to sites, particularly for themed and fantasy items.

Parsimonious's Sims 3 downloads are as expansive as the Sims 2 CC. Anything you are looking for, you will likely find at Parsimonious.
